Delivery Cost
Your delivery options and cost can be found on product page and in the cart using our shipping estimator. The fees may vary depends on the numbers of item purchased, size and shape of an item, and your residential addresses.

Delivery Time Frame
Delivery time usually takes 3-5 working days to North Island major cities and 5-7 working days for South Island major cities from dispatch and please allow an extra or two for rural deliveries.
We always endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, however, if your order during a sale or a holiday period, dispatch can be delayed for a short period of time due to high volumes.
You will receive an email notification when your item has been dispatched.
IMPORTANT: Due to recent increase in Covid cases, ongoing restrictions and staff shortages, we are currently experiencing delays. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from dispatch in particular for large/oversized items. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Orders
All orders are payable in full before delivery. We reserve the right to reject and cancel your order in full or partly where: (a)you are in breach the payment obligations or our inability to obtain authorization for your payment, (b)there has been genuine pricing or product description error, (c)Goods are found out of stock after the order confirmation, or(d) You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the listing.
